Veronique Kabongo

Veronique Kabongo is Head of the World Bank Group Academy and Client Capacity, overseeing the development and delivery of client capacity programs across the WBG in partnership with member countries and public- and private-sector knowledge partners. A Belgo-Congolese national, she joined the WBG in 2008 and has held leadership roles including Country Manager for Burundi, Lead Learning Officer, and HR Manager for Executive Resources.
